  职位总述:根据环境卫生标准,主要负责露天甲板,浴场自助以及披萨店的清洁。在太阳公主号(the sun princess),黎明公主号( the down princess),海洋公主号(the sea princess)上也负责员工和长官食堂的清洁卫生。能够提供快速有效的服务。

  工作职责:

  1.熟悉正确的操作,清扫和消毒程序。保持餐厅,自助区域,披萨店,员工房间卫生。在太阳公主号(the sun princess),黎明公主号( the down princess),海洋公主号(the sea princess)上也负责员工和长官食堂的清洁卫生。

  2.正确操作垃圾分类系统,将垃圾从工作地点运输到处理区域。

  3.了解工作时间表,熟悉公司的规章政策制度。

  4.有能力在任何餐饮区域工作的能力。

  5.熟悉菜单,酒品服务。熟知各项酒水及其价钱。

  6. 协助管理露天甲板,自助餐区域以及披萨店员。在太阳公主号(the sun princess),黎明公主号( the down princess),海洋公主号(the sea princess)上也负责员工和长官食堂的清洁卫生。和酒吧物品摆设的整洁。

  7.保持所有工作区域干净整洁,遵守美国公共卫生署安全卫生条例。

  8. 通过卫生维护手册向上级报告所有的卫生问题。

  9. 遵守船上各项规范标准。

  10.完成所有上级管理人员分配的任务。

  要求:

  服务员工作直接受到上级的安排和管理,但工作时需要具备一定的灵活性。需要同顾客和工作人员大量的交流。必须会使用食品准备区的设备,并且小心谨慎的操作以保证生命的安全。具有良好的英语交流能力。具有相关的宾馆工作知识。了解环境保护准则。具有餐饮部门工作的常识和经验。会操作P.O.S收银系统. 具有很好的社交沟通能力,能在压力下工作,个人仪表干净整洁。

  POSITION SUMMARY

  Accountable for the cleanliness of the open deck, Lido Buffet, and pizzeria, in accordance with sanitation standards.On the Sun, Dawn, Sea, and Ocean, also accountable for the cleanliness of the officer’s and crew mess rooms.Provides prompt and efficient service to the assigned area.

  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1.Familiar with correct procedures in the operation, cleaning and sanitizing of the dining room, buffet, pizzeria and, on Sun, Dawn, Sea, and Ocean, officer’s and crew mess.

  2.Arrange the correct garbage separation system and removal from place of work to disposal area.

  3.Familiar with work schedule and company guidelines, policies, and procedures.

  4.Capable of working in any food/beverage area.

  5.Familiar with menu items, wine service, and beverage recipes and prices.

  6.Assist in the set up of deck, buffet, pizzeria and, on the Sun, Dawn, Sea and Ocean, officer’s and crew mess room and bar furniture.

  7.Maintain and keep all work areas clean and follow U.S. Public Health (USPH) rules.

  8.Report to the supervisor and follow-up on all maintenance problems through the maintenance repair book.

  9.Uphold and maintain by example, at all times, all aspects of the C.R.U.I.S.E. Program.

  10.Perform any and all such duties as may be assigned by supervisor(s) and/or other senior management.
